Gâteau au yaourt - Yogurt cake

 A French classic.


Ingredients

A small pot of yogurt (125g)

Use the empty pot to measure the sugar, cream and flour:

3 pots of flour

1.5 pot of sugar

0.5 pot of cream

11g baking powder

 Eggs

Your flavour(s) of choice: vanilla extract/pod, citrus zest and juice, fresh or candied fruits, chocolate...


Preheat the oven at 200 degrees. Mix all the ingredients together, then pour into a cake tray or loaf tin (buttered and floured). Bake for roughly 30 minutes.
